Confirmation
For a student to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation:

The youth must be baptized
and parents/guardians must present a copy of baptismal certificate.

By diocesan policy, the
student must have completed a minimum of two (2) years of formal religious
education (CCE) prior to preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. It is
expected that the student attend 8th and 9th grade religious formation classes
and the 10th grade Confirmation preparation classes to be eligible for
Confirmation.

The youth has received (or
will be prepared to receive) the Sacraments of Eucharist (Communion) and
Reconciliation (Confession).

Parents/guardians and
sponsors must be involved in the faith formation process. For more information
