Any adult (18 years or older) who have not celebrated the sacrament are encouraged to do so. Please contact the Director of Faith Formation for more information. Classes are normally held in the spring.
For a teenager to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation:
- baptized and present a copy of their baptismal certificate;
- have received (or will be prepared to receive) the Sacraments of Eucharist (Holy Communion) and Reconciliation (Confession);
- have completed one (1) year of formal religious education during the year prior to preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation (diocesan policy); and
- their parents/guardians and sponsors must be involved in the faith formation process.
