Pastoral Council: The Pastoral Council is composed of 12 men and women who are elected by the parish. They serve for 3-year terms. The council is a reflection and planning group which helps the parish community to be in touch with its identity and values, to be aware of significant trends affecting parish life, to articulate its mission, to establish achievable goals, and to evaluate the life of the parish in light of the Gospel. The monthly meetings are open to all parishioners.

Finance Council: The Finance Council is composed of 5 men and women appointed by the pastor who serve for 3-year terms. Church financial statements are reviewed and the overall financial stability of the parish is determined.

Stewardship Committee: The Stewardship committee encourages all parishioners to live out the Christian life in a way that thanks God for all His blessings by returning to Him a portion of their time, talent, and treasures. We are currently looking for members for this committee to implement a parish-wide stewardship program.

Building Committee: This committee works together to discern the needs of the parish by way of facilities, maintenance and new construction.

Festival Committee: The Festival Committee works together to plan and conduct the yearly Fall Festival of Food and Fun.

Archives/Historian: This person/persons is dedicated to the preservation of documents and other paraphernalia of our parish which have a direct bearing on the history and development of the parish, its leaders, societies and its members. Parishioners are invited to contribute their time or valuable archival memorabilia. We are currently looking for a person to fill this volunteer opportunity.

Maintenance: Volunteers are needed at all times in a parish this size to help with carpentry, painting, electrical, grounds upkeep, and any other maintenance-type jobs that arise. Please tell us what you can do!

Janitorial: We have some areas that need to be cleaned by volunteers. They include the Lower Parish Hall, the CCE classrooms, and the church. We could use help on a weekly basis, monthly basis or on a rotating schedule. Please tell us what you would like to help with!

Office help: We could use help in the office with filing, typing, computer work, phone calling, other clerical, phone answering, etc. during the week, particularly during the summer months in the mornings.
